Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility: This contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and agents of Independent Pipe & Supply Corp., as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
- Entry Period: Entries will be accepted from January 21, 2025, to March 8, 2025. All entries must be submitted by 3 PM EST on the closing date.
- How to Enter: Complete and submit the form. Limit one entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
- Prize: The winners will receive a Fantastic opportunity to join us on June 10, 2025, for an exciting half-day Striper fishing trip in Newburyport, MA, aboard the charter boat The Cod Father. The exact arrival and departure times are to be determined. Breakfast and lunch will be provided to ensure a great day on the water. Travel to and from Newburyport, accommodation, and any other expenses are not included unless otherwise specified.
- Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected via random drawing on March 10, 2025, and announced on March 11, 2025. The winner will be notified by Phone Number.
- General Conditions: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for another prize. Independent Pipe & Supply Corp. reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest if unforeseen circumstances arise.
- Liability Release: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Independent Pipe & Supply Corp. from any claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from their participation in the contest or the prize awarded.
- Governing Law: This contest is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
